These terms apply when you browse or use StaySelect. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits described below. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not excluded.

Independent editorial information

StaySelect provides general software-selection information for hosts and property managers. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or property-management advice. A recommendation is a starting point for evaluation, not a guarantee that a product will meet every requirement.

Accuracy and current provider terms

We aim to date research, link to primary sources and describe material limitations. Software features, prices, integrations, availability, promotions and programme terms can change without notice. Confirm material details directly with the provider before subscribing, migrating data or changing an operating workflow.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may be approved affiliate links. StaySelect may receive a commission when a visitor completes a qualifying action, at no additional cost to that visitor. The relationship is disclosed near relevant recommendations and in the affiliate disclosure. It does not create an agency, employment, reseller or official partnership relationship with the provider.

External providers

Provider websites, trials, subscriptions, payments, support and data processing are controlled by the provider. Any contract you enter is with that provider, subject to its own terms and privacy notice. StaySelect is not a party to that contract and cannot approve refunds, credits, service levels or product access on a provider’s behalf.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reproduce substantial portions as a competing database, or use the content to make deceptive claims about StaySelect or a provider.

Intellectual property

StaySelect’s original text, design and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Availability and liability

The site may be changed, corrected or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, StaySelect is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on editorial content or from an external provider’s acts, omissions, products or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@stay-select.com. Required business identity, registration and service-address details must be completed with the final operator information before affiliate monetisation begins; an individual’s private residential address will not be published.

We may update these terms when the site, its commercial relationships or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current revision.
